I bought this preshaped Chinese Cork Bark Elm, in the spring.
They are all made with the same uniform canopy, so the challenge is to change this, to bring out a more interesting image.
Chinese Elm are fortunately very fast growing and tolerates pruning very well. So the branches were thinned out and a new structure is build up over the next years.
