autumn colours

The weather is getting cooler at night. Down to 6C last night, it has not been that low since May. Leaves are starting to drop on some trees, one of my Mulberrys has dropped all its’ leaves. The Gingkos are also getting a nice golden colour.
Days are still warm, yesterday reached 22C and should be about the same today. We are promised rain but not had very much yet.
Antumn is here.
Yes indeed, here in the east of the uk days are still feeling like summer and I dont think the nights have dropped much below 10.c . But still the leaves are changing colour and the trees are shutting down. I guess they take their que from the shortening of the days more than the change in temperature..
