This week Morten Albek looks at another take on bonsai art. Presenting the possibilities of developing an expression with more naturalness and a different feeling of bonsai.

Bonsai is so rooted in traditions that it sometimes blocks new ideas, and automatically we reject what is not common. It even may provoke some when the bonsai art is stretched, tweaked and turned upside down.

This week I want to introduce the Nordic bonsai style. If that is a style? For you to judge at the end, and the purpose is mainly to inspire and develop the art.
